And is the VPN device Concentrator 3000 that you are trying to connect to? You'd need to know your GroupID and respective password for the group -- if that's how the concentrator allows you to connect. Then your network ID/password. Your network guy can tell you what the connection settings are. If you have a Windows version of the VPN client take a look at the pcf file, if it has a groupID and the password all hashed out, it's likely you need to know what the value of the ***** are.
