Well, I guess it depends on site policy. In the unlikely event that this should come up at my site, my wife's policy requires:

1) A firewall and DMZ with an air gap
2) Various mount options such as:
	-f and
	ro,async,mand,noauto,nodev,noexec,nosuid,nouser,data=journal
