ii dunno bout that. when i set up a webserver on comcast, port 80 was blocked but the second i switched it to 8080, it worked 100%.
(now WHY on earth would they block 80 and not 8080? that's just silly if you ask me.)

IMHO I believe this to be a myth and with all due respect feel the trouble lays with the firewall configurer not the ISP.
