1. I don't think anyone was shouting...
2. A lot of baseball (or golf, music, football, TV, etc.) is discussed at 
business meetings.  
	a. That's why they are mostly a waste of time, and 
	b. it is often a ritual used to make people comfortable enough to discuss the 
important stuff.
