[PLUG] video card recommentation

I just spent a confusing few hours trying to find a
Compiz compatible video card, (PCI; not AGP or PCI-E)
that will play with Debian and SLED. I sort of assume
that anything opensuse can be wedged into SLED, but ...
(also I want TV and S-vid out. Is that too much to ask)?
You'd think that where there's a blacklist, there'd be a whitelist ...
