This is a legit question Mike.

1) I have no root on my system
2) My sysadmin won't install it for me
3) I run a old version of RHEL 3.0
4) We compile programs locally because the sysadmins are too lazy to
do their job


I think you get the idea...


Speed, Execution, File Size, Customized Compile options, pfft thats
for suckers (or Gentoo Users). I just want a recent version of
Firefox. Simple.
