OK, I was mistaken. If you go to "Launch"--> "Control Center" --> Control Center"...

...Then expand out "System Administration"...

...Then select "Login Manager" (NOT User Manager)...

...The tab all the way to the right is called "Convenience" and it should have the settings you need (Enable Auto-Login, Preselect User, etc.).

This is how it works in the version I have (4.0, not 4.1).
