There is currently PACS (Phila Area Computer Society) that has a Linux Special Interest Group that is dire need of Linux enthusiasts.

PACS meets at the Giant in Willow Grove on the 3rd Saturday of the month (generally).

Most of the SIG are people interested in try trying Linux.  It is more like a beginners meeting that hopefully would/will one day morph into a users group.  Right now more of a try'ers group.
