In addition there is a program called mrepo http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/packages/mrepo/ Again I have never used it but it is supposed to allow you to download all of the packages from RHN into a local repo. Mrepo is most likely easier to setup and maintain. Last I heard spacewalk still needed Oracle but they were working on converting it to run on MySql. That was 6 months or so ago so things might have changed.
