0.) What's Comcast's monthly transfer cap at that tier?  If the cap is
the same 250GB as other tiers, what's the point?

1.) Verizon FiOS also has a 50/20 tier for about $140/mo (IIRC).  But
for that price, you might as well get a dual-WAN router and link
aggregate two 20/20 accounts for 40/40 total at $130/mo, or a
triple-WAN PEPlink and three 20/5 accounts for 60/15 total at $150/mo,
or some mixture thereof (e.g. one 20/20 and one 20/5 for 40/25 for
$115/mo).
