I'm running Kubuntu 8.04 (avoiding KDE4 for now). I
find when I have a lot of tabs open in Firefox it's very likely to
crash. The backtrace below was from a session that had 3 windows and
60 tabs open. Couldn't figure out what the cause was, so I started it
from a terminal to catch the debugging info.
There are several dozen lines like this:
(firefox:31173): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_unref: assertion `G_IS_OBJEC
T (object)' failed
The program 'firefox' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadIDChoice (invalid resource ID chosen for this connection)'.
(Details: serial 21390346 error_code 14 request_code 53 minor_code 0)
(Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
Locking assertion failure. Backtrace:

Any ideas on what might be causing this? Should I try
creating a new FF profile? Should I submit a bug yet? I've tried
googling this but can't find anything that seems relevant.
I'm using these extensions:
keyconfig (because I always hit Ctrl+Q when I mean to hit Ctrl+W)
Nuke Anything Enhanced
Tab Mix Plus
