[PLUG] RocketStream FileCatalyst or Similar

Does anyone have any opensource alternatives to RocketStream or
FileCatalyst?
I am looking to speed some Syncing up between 2 locations - each with
a 100mbps
It seems we are using only a small fraction of that however - due to
tcp/ip i would assume
