[PLUG] missing adodb4991 for snort (sourceforge, snort, etc?)

going through snort install on ubuntu 9 doc.
ran into an obstacle

cant find ...
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?
group_id=42718&package_id=34890&release_id=636415

which is ...adodb4991.tar.gz

looked on the snort site too

i'm stuck

google came up empty
i must be at the end of the internet!
