I didn't try exactly that, but I did try just running the compiled 
binary.  That gave me a dbus error and the Help > About dialog box 
didn't update, so I'm guessing it didn't really work.

OK, that's pretty darn cool.  Did that.  It...sort-of worked.  I got the 
same issues as above until I did an 'aptitude purge roxterm' then a 
'dpkg -i roxterm_1.18.0-svn1-1_amd64.deb'.  After that Help > About was 
correct and the new feature kind of worked.  See
