Not only is it stable - the developers are still using it! Their definition
of "actively developed" is "no one is getting paid for this, nor is anyone
tweaking it to try to get another publication out of it" (reading between
the lines). But their is a beta version up, and the folks keep fiddling
with it as a hobby. Most of the F/OSS community would probably call that
"actively developed" :-)
