For an additional $3.65/yr they'll also provide private domain services, where your registration information is masked from whois. I'd say they're a bit better than bare-bones, but don't expect any hand-holding. Even at this price, domain registration charges take up a big chunk of my Internet budget. I couldn't begin to guess what I'd gain by paying over three times as much for what is essentially a very straightforward service. Perhaps if I were a Fortune 500 company I'd feel differently.
