It will probably depend greatly on the forecasts and what it looks like outside, but of course that will be too late for you to make a call. Now, I'll probably split at 9PM sharp if we do meet - not really a good night for hanging out... :) What I really would like to know is what the snow will really be like before 11PM. If we're talking about flurries that amount to 3/4ths of an inch by 9PM then that probably isn't worth worrying about. If we're talking about 1" on the ground before 6 and another inch by 9, then that is plenty to make traffic an absolute mess.
