Speaking of TOS: I wonder how much protection one could provide to an OpenWireless provider. I'm thinking about a TOS that a user would need to accept before being granted access beyond the TOS page, similar to ones you'd see when using wireless in an airport.
I took a quick peek, and it seems like OpenWireless doesn't provide anything of the sort.
