I put nearly everything in Dropbox and use DocsToGo. Along with that and a good ssh app, I use my iPad for nearly everything but actual coding.

And for that I will second the earlier suggestion of Dropbox or one of the many Dropbox alternatives combined with one of the editors that work with Dropbox.
