+2 - they're cheap, and their DNS is a lot more capable than most of
the other options and saves me from having to pay somebody else

I used to use DNSMadeEasy for Backup MX - I have nothing but good
things to say about them but their service is a little pricier and I
found somebody willing to provide free backup MX if you let them run
your mail through their spam analyzers (they don't filter it - they
just learn from it).  If that ever stops being free I'd probably go
back to them.
