[PLUG] Home wifi access point & router recommendation

Thanks to yesterday's storm, I may need a new home router (currently a Buffalo running DD-WRT).  Any recommendations on current models of home routers - I'd prefer one running FOSS if possible, DD_WRT, tomato, etc.?  Thank you very much, in advance.
