truly, it's a double-edged sword. though if it was being used in my
network, i'd probably prefer to see cryptcat or the like being used instead.

I haven't used windows in so long (even though most distros, yes, do
have ports of PuTTY. why? i don't know.) that i don't think the proxy
section in PuTTY was even THERE when i stopped using it.
