I wouldn't mind seeing it either.  Its something worth knowing more about.  Capability comparisons to cygwin would help too.

We had a talk about cygwin at North in 2015. The Linux subsystem /
Bash prompt is one of the most useful and interesting features of
Windows 10. I for one would be interested in a talk on it.
