Not exactly what you're asking for, but I added a small Pi cluster to my home lab recently... Lots of fun for running Kubernetes (k3s) and learning about Ansible. They're running Ubuntu, which is my go-to these days.

Oh, also worth noting, ELS add-ons cost 249 USD per-instance.
