I had the ADSL via Bell while I was in Collegeville. They called me,
told me it was a "test bed" and asked me if I was interested (&*%$
yes...). That was January of this year. As of July they still didn't
acknowledge that Collegeville has DSL on their website.
So anyway, no, it doesn't surprise me.
