-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I have a question. My public key in the PLUG keyring (at http://www.phillylinux.org/keys) is out of date. I have new uids on my key; I have new non-PLUG signatures on my key. The key on the keyserver at keyserver.pgp.com is up-to-date, however. Now, we're having a keysigning tonight. Since the PLUG members will probably get my key form the PLUG keyring, and sign it, and then re-upload it to Darxus, the out-of-sync-ness will only get worse. What's the best way to resolve that? If Darxus gets an updated copy of my key from the keyserver, should he "gpg --import" it? Will that then just add in the differences between his copy of the key, and the keyserver's copy? Or will it overwrite his copy with the keyserver's copy? If it integrates the 2 copies, he should then re-upload my key to the keyserver (since his will now have the new PLUG signings from tonight), yes? - -- Goodbye youth, goodbye dreams, The good times and the friends I used to know.
