I usually go to bookpool.com for my technical books when I order online.
They didn't have the first one, but they had the second one for $47.95,
or $7.00 (13%) off list price. Sometimes their discounts aren't that
great, but other times (especially with O'Reilly books, many times
30-40% off list price) their prices are deeply discounted. Their
shipping prices are extremely reasonable, too. (Especially when
ordering more than one book.) And they're close by, in Massachusetts,
so even ground shipping doesn't take that long.

No business relationship with them except as a satisfied customer.
