Debian-1.1 -> buzz
Debian-1.2 -> rex
Debian-1.3.1 -> bo
Debian-2.0 -> hamm
Debian-2.1 -> slink

You can see these symlinks at
<ftp://archive.debian.org/debian-archive/dists/> or at the same path on
ftp.debian.org. ;-)

AFAIK, that's the complete lists.  There was no 1.0 since a CD
distributer jumped the gun on labeling one of their CDs as "Debian 1.0",
so they skipped 1.0 to avoid confusion.  Not sure what the story is on
rex <-> bo, as there's 1.3.1 but no 1.3.
