Do they sue the school district because a group of freshmen figured out how to install Linux on their PocketPCs? Or do they sue a bunch of precocious 14 year olds? Or do they pull out of the contract and look like sourpusses? I'd like to see them enforce the EULA at this high school. Either they'll look like bullies, or they'll have to admit the EULA is toothless.
