Are you quite sure about this, or is there a source you can quote? It
was widely reported[1] three days ago that David Bradley *retired* from
IBM after ~29 years, not that he passed away, and news.google.com has no
references that I can find regarding his death.

My apologies. The way my wife told me about it, I thought it was an
obituary, I didn't read it myself which is why I didn't have the name.
Sorry to all, especially the living David Bradley. May he have a long
fulfilling retirement. :-[
