Thanks to an e-mail from Eug, I can now publish an SPF record by 
configuring my own DNS zone through http://www.xname.org/  Within two 
days I'll be able to see if it works, or if I really screwed up and can 
no longer receive any e-mail!  (I'm not sure about the MX config.)
