Are you absolutely sure you want to do this?  It sounds like overkill
to me.  You're going to end up with a lot more false positives than
you expect.  There are a number of people just here on the PLUG list
who post from domains with numbers in them.

Have you considered using a spam checking package like spamassassin?
Chances are they'll do a far better job than anything you'll be able
to come up with using a few simple regexes in procmail.
