That's what I was trying to address - what address does the email come
to?  If it comes to postmaster or abuse or something, you're out of
luck, but if it comes back to list admin, verp would help for that.

It's sad, but then they administer the largest collection of idiots on
the internet, so it must be like herding cats for them.  Why bother
hiring decent help - it won't make a difference when their users wash
the keyboard or delete the cdrom (both of these are things my father has
done, by the way).
