To clarify on list, mozilla --> seamonkey.  Firefox is separate development
with shared engine (Gecko?).

If you wish to continue with the mozilla suite (even if only for their
browser component), see http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/.

I don't know if Firefox (on Linux at least) ever had Send page.  There is a
Save page as... in the context menu, but not Send page.  There is a Send link
as well, in Firefox.

Seamonkey's browser may still have Send page.
