I wonder which version of mozilla, then, is installed with Debian's
mozilla-browser package. It says mozilla 1.7.12. Is it seamonkey?
Doesn't say in the README.

Interestingly, when I reinstall mozilla-browser (having apt-get
remove'd it), it doesn't have a "send page" menu item, either. Then I
install mozilla-mailnews and it reappears.
