That is similar to other stories I've heard about T-Mobile.
A friend with Boost is very happy with his service... not sure who does their networking but I'll ask if he knows.

Verizon is the worst mobile phone company ever... except for all the others.
Why are lies, deception, over-charging, and screwed-up bills par for the course with these vendors?  Not enough competition?
