I guess you could do all this, but you still have to host the video
and all that.

What is the advantage over just hitting the record button a cell
phone, and then hitting the upload-to-youtube button when you're done
(and back on WiFi)?

If you want to use multiple cameras and NLE/etc, then you're adding a
lot of labor to this which means it probably won't happen.
