Re: [PLUG] Git: net time gain or loss?

Coming from someone who might grasp the *concept* of Git and to whom code is what the E/R calls when someone's heart stops... this looks a little like DOS vs WIN. CMD vs GUI. Not quite a religious war, but bits of it.

Things have changed rapidly in the field and computers in general. Now the end users have ADHD too. Products don't come with instructions. For some, even *thinking* of complicated software you need to live in to understand is a house of horrors. There are also different 'styles' of learning, so even a CLI Dude might have trouble with a CLI app.

Plus JP likes to watch the world burn. (I made that up)

My point?
I don't have one.

Gold stars for civility.
Merry Whatever.
