Why don't we create a link off the Home page that would allow for employment posting?? And open it to all.. This would give companies the opportunity to get to us and at the same time it will allow us to get to them if we are looking to do so.. This is not pain but change!! and change is good.. It will open not only Linux job opportunities for us to make $$$$$$$$$ but to help everybody be the best at what they do!! And be the first site as a Linux job site. Lets open up to the community not slam the door on them... Did I mention the ability to make PLUG money by having a finders fee?? -jimS ____________________Reply Separator____________________ Subject: Re: [PLUG] jobs at Ars Digita Author: <plug@lists.nothinbut.net> Date: 2/15/00 10:49 AM This kind of post is nice, I am always on the look for a better paying job, and one that may be nicer to work at. One post saying that someone is looking for Linux users to hire is in my oppinion giving this community a chance to get a job that may make them happier and work with something they enjoy. -- -Rune In a display of perverse brilliance, Carl the repairman mistakes a room humidifier for a mid-range computer but manages to tie it into the network anyway. -- The 5th Wave it's the same old story; boy meets beer, boy drinks beer... boy gets another beer. -- Cheers On Mon, 14 Feb 2000, Darxus wrote: :Date: Mon, 14 Feb 2000 15:36:03 -0500 (EST) :From: Darxus <darxus@op.net> :Reply-To: plug@lists.nothinbut.net :To: plug@lists.nothinbut.net :Subject: Re: [PLUG] jobs at Ars Digita : :On Mon, 14 Feb 2000, Hugh Brock wrote: : :> Once again, for those of you *not* looking for a job, sorry for :> spamming the list with this, and I promise it'll be the last time. : :Does anybody actually object to this kind of post ? : :__________________________________________________________________ :PGP fingerprint = 03 5B 9B A0 16 33 91 2F A5 77 BC EE 43 71 98 D4 : darxus@op.net / http://www.op.net/~darxus : Chaos reigns. : : :______________________________________________________________________ :Philadelphia Linux Users Group - http://plug.nothinbut.net :Announcements - http://lists.nothinbut.net/mail/listinfo/plug-announce :General Discussion - http://lists.nothinbut.net/mail/listinfo/plug : : ______________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group - http://plug.nothinbut.net Announcements - http://lists.nothinbut.net/mail/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion - http://lists.nothinbut.net/mail/listinfo/plug Received: from mrh-01.harte-hanks.com [10.3.2.26] by harte-hanks.com (ccMail Link to SMTP R8.31.00.5) ; Tue, 15 Feb 2000 11:44:25 -0600 Return-Path: <plug-admin@lists.nothinbut.net> Received: (qmail 18116 invoked from network); 15 Feb 2000 17:43:33 -0000 Received: from nitrous.nothinbut.net (207.44.32.15) by mrh-01.harte-hanks.com with SMTP; 15 Feb 2000 17:43:33 -0000 Received: from nitrous.nothinbut.net (daemon@localhost [127.0.0.1]) by nitrous.nothinbut.net (8.9.3/8.9.3/Debian 8.9.3-6) with ESMTP id MAA29537; Tue, 15 Feb 2000 12:42:57 -0500 Received: from bahamut.planeswalker.com (qmailr@cyberspacematrix.com [206.57.71.125] (may be forged)) by nitrous.nothinbut.net (8.9.3/8.9.3/Debian 8.9.3-6) with SMTP id MAA29495 for <plug@lists.nothinbut.net>; Tue, 15 Feb 2000 12:42:52 -0500 X-Authentication-Warning: nitrous.nothinbut.net: Host qmailr@cyberspacematrix.com [206.57.71.125] (may be forged) claimed to be bahamut.planeswalker.com Received: (qmail 5576 invoked by uid 1032); 15 Feb 2000 17:49:35 -0000 Date: Tue, 15 Feb 2000 10:49:35 -0700 (MST) From: "Aarune J.
