Used to not be a solution: Today, ANYONE can build a PC.  It's not exactly
rocket science, you know....  The extent of the "learning" involved is
reading the 10-20 page booklet that comes with the motherboard you buy
(and that's only if you can't figure out what to plug in where).

Of course, I'm assuming we're talking about our *target* audience here.
After all, this is PLUG - you know, a bunch of Linux users.
