For PLUG, I'd agree with you. But the conversation started with Kyle's
parents buying a PC at a mass-market retail store. While they might be that
technically proficient at PC hardware, I'd bet they were in the minority of
folks their age who are. Hell, of folks of ANY age; more people than not
have no interest in hardware.
