i think it tok about 5 days to get the modem, i don't remember exactly. i do know that they expected my completion date to be dec 25th and i had the equipment on dec 24th. It didn't actually work until dec 26th. the loop was a little tricky to install and a tech had to come out and figure out which line was mine. also - i signed up for a package that included a free xbox. i just got the email with the voucher and went to electronics boutique's website and ordered it (about 10 minutes ago). Coming in 2 days and only cost $6.35 for shipping. not a bad deal. except that i don't play games. > How long did your modem shipping take? I just signed up also.
