if you re-read my statements, you'll see that i explicitly avoided
delving into the moral/ethical implications related to this discussion.

i did, however, feel that as stated this contract offer involved work
that was of questionable legality--based on my professional experience
in the field.  i think it was quite appropriate for me to bring up the
relevant facts supporting this opinion.

i don't expect my points to hold a huge sway in the decisions
ultimately undertaken by sean and his prospective coders, but i would
like them there for the record.
