Somebody suggested Discourse. Discourse is a browser based, Internet
hosted RAILS program, from what I can gather from

like a solution to a nonexistent problem. If people thread and reply in
a sane manner, it's not needed. If they thread and reply sloppily or
ambiguously, I have a feeling, based on https://www.discourse.org/faq/,
that Discourse will just make it worse.
